Antique Decorative Biscuit Barrel With Ceramic Base and Silver Plated Lid and Handle

This stunning and elegant 19th century biscuit barrel has a silver plated lid and handle. With its highly decorated, floral design ceramic base, makes it very pleasing to the eye.

A rare find and in very good condition considering age.
The silver plate lid, handle and rim have a lovely shiny patina.

The lid and rim are marked EPNS which means Electro Plate Nickel Silver.

Measures approximately: 24cm in height (with handle up) 16cm width and 17cm depth.
